Position: Store Manager

Purpose of the Position: The Retail Manager is responsible for managing all day-to-day operations of the store while abiding by all state, city, and company policies, procedures and operational guidelines. Responsibilities which include: managing employees, inventory and sales, customer service, and cash management.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Have or ability to obtain Marijuana Handler Permit Card
-
Computer skills and experience with Google Drive (Excel, Word doc, & Powerpoint)

Have or ability to obtain Alaska Driver’s License within 30 days of hire
-
3-5 years experience in retail management (Preferred)

Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)

General Responsibilities:
-
Managing Employees (2-4)- Recruit, retain, and train employees, Provide policy and procedure updates, Create and implement a schedule, Delegate tasks to maintain a compliant and organized store, Handle disciplinary actions (as needed) and performance reviews, and create a positive working environment for the team!

Inventory and Sales- Analyze Sales, request products, and manage stock levels of inventory (coordinate transports), Keep menu stocked with a variety of products, Coordinates with the product manager and upper management to increase productivity and sales.

Customer Service- Responds to all questions, concerns or suggestions and takes action when necessary to resolve conflict with customers

Finance management- Monitor and manage daily finances and maintain accurate records.
